• Our Ambassadors are on the move, greeting our new members and providing them with general information about the HGHBA. Pictured here on the right HGHBA Ambassador, Lesley Hill, brings a goodie bag as a welcome to one of our newest members FSA – Full Steam Ahead Fire and Water Restoration.

• The Horry Georgetown HBA has a successful NAHB Student Chapter Program.  The Local Chapter was developed to expose the students to the building industry in hopes of inspiring the desire to continue entering the workforce in the construction field with a more prepared generation of new leadership on residential construction and trades. 21 High School Students (Senior and Junior level) who are attending the Academy of Technology and Academics High School in the Construction Program became members of the Local Student Chapter. Some of the NAHB Student Chapter students are pictured here attending the April HGHBA General Membership Luncheon.

• Members of the Charleston HBA’s Young Professional Group enjoys the day in the paintball arena.

• The 2017 Spring Clay Tournament raised $3,501.51 for Camp Happy Days – Camp for Children with Cancer. These funds were raised through the sale of all raffle tickets and chances for a ceramic grille.
