Phil Warrick Receives Eugene Gulledge Award

Phil Warrick, NCHBA’s President-Elect, was recently awarded the 2017 Eugene Gulledge Award for Distinguished Service by the Greensboro Builders Association.

The award is the highest honor given by the Greensboro Builders Association. It is named in honor of Eugene Gulledge, who founded the Greensboro Builders Association 60 years ago and served as the first president of NCHBA. This award recognizes continuous, outstanding contributions to the Builders Association and the community at large over a long period of time.

Warrick has been involved in the Greensboro Builders Association for the past 25 years, serving in a variety of leadership positions including GBA President in 2016.

NCHBA Meets With Several Congress Members

In the past few weeks, NCHBA members and staff have met with several members of Congress, including Rep. Walter Jones (NC-3), Rep. George Holding (NC-2) and Rep. Virginia Foxx (NC-5).
